At the Federal University of Technology Minna, we recognize that the landscape of higher education is evolving rapidly, driven by advancements in technology and the ever-changing demands of the global job market. To stay ahead of these trends and ensure that our students are well-prepared for their future careers, it is imperative to establish a state-of-the-art Career Service Centre (CSC) at our technologically driven University. Biography

Meet Engr. Dr. Caroline O. Alenoghena an Associate Professor of Telecommunications Engineering, Director Entrepreneurship Centre and initiator FUTEC Business Incubation Hub. Dr Caroline is an Entrepreneurial educator, certified CEFE instructor, with specialty in training on entrepreneurial skills. She is a member of the International Network of CEFE Facilitators and the Coordinator CEFE unit FUTMinna. She is an expert in Entrepreneurship Skills Training and Material/Curriculum development with over 10 years’ experience in the coaching of entrepreneurs and start-ups and as a value chain instructor. A Certified Master Trainer in Financial Literacy, Caroline loves working with young people encouraging entrepreneurial endeavors while promoting the Centre’s brand of “ACADO-Prenuership” which means Turning Academic Research Findings Into Viable Ventures And Businesses.
