It has been a great, amazing and patient journey studying at the Africa Centre of Excellence for Mycotoxin and Food Safety, FUT Minna. It was wonderful being the pioneer set of the Center as were taught by different lecturers both Nationally and Internationally. Although the lectures were taught online, it gave me a different experience and improved my knowledge in the digital world.
Studying at ACEMFS, FUT MINNA, has widened and improved my knowledge on food safety and enlightened me on so many aspects Involved in the mycotoxin and food safety challenges in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
My spirit of team work got strengthened with supportive lecturers.
